How do I convert a quote to an invoice?

   Open the accepted quote. From your dashboard, open the quote your customer has accepted.

   Convert to invoice. One click turns the quote into an invoice. TradeKwote creates an invoice with its own invoice number, date and due date, all filled in for you to adjust if needed.

What happens to pricing and line items when I convert?

Everything on the quote carries over. The line items, descriptions and amounts stay the same, the subtotal and total match the quote, and VAT is applied exactly as it was on the quote. If the quote had a deposit, TradeKwote can split it into a deposit invoice and a final balance invoice, so you can bill in two stages without doing the maths yourself. How do I track payment after sending an invoice?
