2. The Service
- TradeKwote generates professional PDF quotes from information you provide
- The AI-generated content is a starting point. You are responsible for checking all quotes before sending to customers
- We do not guarantee that quotes will result in won jobs
- We are not responsible for the outcome of any quotes sent to your customers
3. Free Tier
- New users receive 3 free quotes lifetime
- Free quotes include a TradeKwote watermark
- No payment card is required for free quotes
- Free quotes cannot be restored once used
4. Paid Subscriptions
- Pro plan: £29/month or £290/year (annual saves 2 months)
- Team plan: £49/month or £490/year (annual saves 2 months)
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We offer a 14-day refund on your first payment if you are not satisfied — email hello@tradekwote.com
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use TradeKwote for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
- Share your account with others (Team plan excluded)
- Use the service to generate fraudulent quotes or misrepresent your business
6. Intellectual Property
- TradeKwote owns the platform, technology and brand
- You own the content of your quotes. Your job descriptions, pricing and customer information remain yours
- You grant TradeKwote permission to process your content solely to provide the service
7. Limitation of Liability
- TradeKwote is provided "as is"
- We are not liable for any loss of business, lost jobs or financial loss resulting from use of the service
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
